At TrendVault, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
To initiate a return, please contact us at trend.vault.team@gmail.com before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
• Clearance or sale items
• Digital products or downloadable items
• Gift cards
• Items returned without original packaging
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
6. Order Cancellations
• Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible
7. Late or Missing Refunds
